Proviron/AI stacked while on test cycle

He's not really abrasive... he just doesn't believe in being overly serious in this environment. He likes to have fun and joke around. His diet and exercise he takes extremely serious though. The dislike for Ippy has been earned by Ippy. I've been there the last year and a half or so watching it all unfold. I think if you knew OD - that you'd like him. His sense of humor is off the wall and he comes up with some wacky stuff!

yeah I don't have any particular problem with the guy at all.....just he lumped me and ken into the same deal since I was agreeing with ken about aesthetics being more important than size....everybody has different ideas on that, but OD got pretty crazy on us that day and it went from there. but I squashed it since it was pretty stupid to begin with.
 
Ha. Yeah, once you get to know "that type" they are usually a lot of fun.

Funny, but another thread I was following got deleted as well. It was a lean gains thread and their was no beef going on. Do mods get paid for those jobs or is it a volunteer gig?

did someone mention a company product that does not support the board? did someone ask for a source? those are the usual reasons :D other than fighting/arguing/flaming.....

yeah I saw your pics....we are almost exactly the same size and same body type LOL...I haven't used any AAS in many many years....just some PH/DS and natty stuff the past year (but mostly for cutting /recomp)....so I have been natural for some time myself (can you be born again natural like born again virgin? LOL). good job though man on what you've accomplished....I won't be hitting up the real gear again until later this year, getting down to the lowest BF I can before doing several lean bulkers (probably 3) in the next 12 months coming up....get up to 200 or so give or take with respectable BF.....

Have you thought about just using test e and proviron instead of others? I really think you should stick to test e and proviron, since your brand new to steroids and dont have that much knowledge about it.

So it seems we won !... olddawg went too far.... im usually a good guy and dont want problems, so i hope things slow down a bit...... . i want to thank everyone who didnt follow the games.... and i want to thank the administrators as well who regulate these boards and make this site better so we can learn and still interact in a good way... having fun but not being disrespectful is the best way, i also want to thank everyone who complained about that ridiculous thread... so props to the mods and this site :D and again thanks to everyone who were peaceful ... yesterday i had to go early, thats why i didnt follow the thread, but im pretty sure not too many guys followed the olddawg :)

Bah i dont have defined abs right now :(... they are showing but i dont have em like before (like on my avi pic or the previous pics i posted)... im still on low carb diet, in order to lose water weight (one of the main reasons im using ERASE)

There are at better ways lose water weight. How are you certain its water weight? Show us a pic.

yeah its a bitch to get to low BF and/or have abs that are well defined.
 
take some lasix stacked with zaroxolyn....on a low sodium low carb diet...you'll lose some major water weight! I did that just the other day and pissed out about 5 gallons of water LMFAO....although I did NOT follow the "low sodium" part, I love me some salt....I had fried dark meat chicken yesterday, teriyaki chicken to be exact, but the teriyaki soaked in there wasn't enough....I dipped the pieces in a cup of soy sauce to soak them in there....then I drank most of the remaining oil infused soy sauce out of the cup when the chicken was gone :D....yeah I did it......

tell me about it... heres a trick tho, in case you wanna try it (currently doing it, but i think i have to do it twice (not recommended to exceed a week ), ive learned this in gymnastics:

you cut the carbs intake to less than 100 grams a day, until you reach zero (or almost zero).... x 5-6 days

you drink an ounce of water per pound of bodyweight daily (thats like 5 litters for me) x 5-6 days

You cut sodium to atleast 1500 mgs a day x 5-6 days

NO SUGARS

you inncrease protein by 40 % more

after those 5-6 days, you only drink a quart of water x 2 days (AND NO MORE)

you up the carbs to 300-400 (only complex)

and you avoid sodium at all coast

after those 2 days, the plan is completed and you should look pretty tight and vascular (it only works if you have very low water-fat) otherwise you shouldnt do it, as it would be a waste.... i love that trick :D . if you wanna try it, do so, you gonna love it :D (if you are already well defined and shredded, that trick would make you look even more insane LOL)

I can't even get past the 1500 mg of sodium part :D....that is one meal for me LMFAO.... but the low/no carbs helps the most.....I try with the sodium, but I can't help myself sometimes....

As someone who has cut 15+ lbs multiple times in a day, I have a decent grasp on how to cut subQ water.

I feel like the carbs are a big contributor to holding water weight, but mostly in concert with sodium yeah. If you cut one or the other out of the equation it seems to help a lot, but lowering both at the same time is the best bet.

its more like a recomp actually, im controlling carbs and sodium as well

WARBIRD, i know its hard to cut sodium... if you do so, and then you get back to your salty foods, you wont be able to eat it as your tongue would be very sensitive to salt LOL... its funny, but yeah, ive read an article by Matt Porter, high sodium is actually good since it retain minerals on muscle cells and that expand em, and that leads to grow... altho, i only cut sodium while im doing the trick i mentioned. now days is extremely hard to keep away from salt LOL
 
My hardest cut was from 188 to 170. I was up to 193 the next day.

similar to what happens to boxers... when i do the trick i mentioned, my weight only differs by 5 pounds, maybe cause its gradually... never tried an intense cut as those... but i guess you being a fighter, it is a must... i think it is hard.... heck, i consider my plan to be nuts, i wonder how fighters manage theyre insane plans to shed water
 
If you have the knowledge and discipline to manage your weight like that, its a distinct advantage that is for sure. many can't handle the mental aspect of it and lose it :D....

I gradually increased my cuts. My first time was a trial cut from 177 to 170. That was easy and did it in an hour. 12-14 pounds is ideal for me and can be done within 3 hours.

must be pretty intense at only 3 hours. usually its a 12-24 hour ordeal....

I go about 18 hours without fluid beyond maybe some ice cubes and pop some cantaloupe/watermelon to keep glucose level. If you load properly, you can cut a good amount of weight very quickly.

you remember on the original TUF's where the guys would have to cut like 10 or 12 lbs or so....and they had 24 hours to do it, and they crumbled under the pressure and came up a few lbs short and quit...or just quit during the process LMFAO....they aggravated the shyt out of me....you're telling me you can't suffer for a day in order to make weight? ridiculous....I notice now, in the more recent years, there is no cutting weight ordeals...or at least nothing much...
