I am trying to decide between these 2. I am looking to recomp. Lean out while gaining strength and some size

at this point I think I am leaning toward protomax at 75mg

50 mg for first week then 75 mg for 5 weeks
 
Wish I could help ya with this one, I guess if I had to make a choice, it would be based on price and availability, if you have to pick one, get the one that is cheapest and easiest to get. I would just run em both, lol.
