hey guys, just got my 10lb bag of optimum 100% whey protien and this is the first time ive tried it. I hear good things about it but im not sure what to mix it with. I normally used VPX micillean and just mixed with water and it was good. NE body got good ideas about what beverage to mix with this protien???
