Hey Guys.

So I'm wondering what you think of Body Building Warehouse stuff?

The reason I ask, is because I've been doing some thinking lately and come to this conclusion.

I can either 1) pay out a fortune on a big commercial brand (which I won't name here) for a protein blend which, to be fair, has great reviews and a good transparant profile, but will last around 3-4 weeks per bag

Or

I can purchase Body Building Warehouse's own product (which essentially boasts the same thing product), make some crazy savings and get something which may last nearly 8 weeks per bag!

So I guess what I'm trying to say is: I know cheaper isn't always better, but they do seem much of a muchness and Body Building Warehouse seem an awesome company constantly being generous to their customer base.

The products I've been looking at of theirs is:

Pure Whey, Casein and Egg Protein
Premium Oats & Whey

I know some brands underdose their protein, so really what I'm after is some nice honest thoughts on whether this is g2g.

Bodybuilding Warehouse’s products are every bit as good as the expensive flashy branded products but their advertising budget is significantly smaller which means better prices.

Whey from a tub with a shiny label = protein from a big orange bag.

We’re fortunate in the UK & Europe in that we have a good number of ‘bulk’ brands to choose from (See Bulk Powders, The Protein Works, MyProtein etc).

Exactly my thinking!

Plus, to be fair, you never really know what's in the tub anyway - whether an expensive product or not.

Also, nutrition should be done right - a nice protein blend and a home made gainer around that = a clean transparant label anyway.
