After i blend it up and drink it there are these crystal/grain like remainders in the cup what exactly is that?

Unmixed powder. What kind of protein is it and how do you mix it? Some brands are better mixing than others, so it might be brand specific. Just keep shaking or stirring as you drink to keep it all floating so you don't leave anything behind.

what do you mix it with? I use ON too and ive mixed in water and milk with no problems. I usually use a shaker bottle too and still have no problems.
