So i drink a couple of whey shakes at my job because I dont have time to eat at work. I remember glenihan posting something that guys should limit there powder intake cuz alot of it goes through the system so fast (for example whey) that much of the protien is not used. I am wondering what powders act more like "real food" protein in the body in terms of slower digestion (but not low slow) maybe egg white protein? maybe casein? or is casein too slow. I need to use the powder as the protein portions of my meals at work, not like a pwo shake where you want fast absorption.
