This a great meal that yields about 50g CHO, 50g PRO, 25g FAT.

1 C dry oats
4 egg whites
4 whole eggs
1 Tblsp of cottage cheest (optional), helps consistency

Blend it all up with a hand blender. Pour into a frying pan that has a drop of olive oil on it. Let it cook like a pancake, flip and let the other side cook as well. Put a little splenda, cinnamon, sugar free jam, pb, etc to taste. Enjoy.

Note, use 8 egg whites instead of 4/4 if you would like a nonfat pancake.

Actually I find this recipe works a little bit better....

-Whole wheat pancake mix (the instant kind)
-2 scoops whey (i prefer to use 1 scoop of chocolate and 1 scoop of vanilla)
-1 tsp of natty pb to help with consistency (since whey will f!ck up the consistency of your pancakes)

I've tried the ones with oats and they always fall apart...more trouble than what they are worth!

Your recipe above isn't totally nonfat...there will still be the fat from the oats. But good **** none the less :)

This is the recipe I usually go w/

Protein Pancakes

½ cup oats
¼ cup fat free cottage cheese
½ cup egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
1/3 cup whey protein
¼ cup almond milk

Blend all ingredients in blender and then cook as you would pancakes.

I'll try the others though and compare.
