is there a protein that anyone uses that doesnt cause headaches? Not sure if i have a food allergy to milk or what not? Would protein bar be better? I get headaches i think after my morning protein shake? Seems like afternoon protein shakes dont bother me as bad? Just not sure what is causing all these headaches and pain. Right above my eyes is where its at? I am an allergic person but not sure i am allergic to dairy or what not?
