Been making overnight proats and loving them! I mix 40g dry oats, 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 scoop protein powder and 1 tbs natty PB. Mix it up, throw it in the fridge, a few hours later = decliciousness. I've been using PES Select (CPB is amazing) but am looking to expand my flavor profile and was hoping to get some recommendations of quality brands and flavors. I'm down to try all different types of flavors!
