Made these tonight. From the first pic i have already took 2 slices away so the cakes another 1/4 longer. I also made mine quite deep buy you could do proper size of brownies and easily get 16 squares out them.. Perfect for a healthy snack.
100 Grams of oats
1 Tin organic black beans
3 egg whites
60g of protein powder (Chocolate)
30g of dark raw cocoa powder
2 large bananas
50 grams of frozen cranberrys
2 grams of cinnamon
Calories = 1100
Carbs = 159 grams Protein = 50 grams Fat= 17 grams
This also has 41 grams of fibre.
Healthy dish for anyone to try!
The topping i just used
45g of Peanut Butter
20g Raw cocoa powder with some sweetener and a splash of milk and mixed into a paste.
You could top this with anything though.. Low fat yoghurt. Protein pudding mix etc.. Up to you. Im currently bulking so wanting the extra calories from the peanut butter.
Ate 4 slices and they taste brilliant.. Perfect even if dieting as this can easily be fitted into a cutting phase
