what would you say would be most beneficial. Im always torn between a simple protein bar, a protein bar with added vitamins, a powder like maybe nitro core with no nutrients or like a rtd like muscle milk with vitamins for in between meals. Waht would you say is the best type to go with? Also, some of your favs. of each would be cool!

nitro core is sweet, id only use protien bars if im on the go or out and need the protien cuz there really expensive

controlled labs-golden finish. check it out. best meal replacement ive tried, by far.

i looked at golden finish its advertised as a post workout supplement. Also the carb sources are listed as fast carbs and there is no fats and only 1 g of fiber , would u really count this as a replacement?

if you are sitting on your ass at work it probably isn't for you. i work in a factory doing a lot of lifting and repititious work. the fruit extract gives a nice boost on long double shifts. and yes golden finish will keep you full and energetic with a nice supply of protein to prevent catobolism, what more you want. anyways take what you want but golden finish has worked great for me for the last 4 months.

nitro core is good... i carry around gold standard whey for in bewteen meals... if on the run, i'll grab a protein vial or a low-sugar protein bar...

what i like to do is when i get a protein vial, or "shot" as theyre dubbed, i keep the vial and clean it out... then carry my protein servings in them to save space and less mess than a ziploc bag

thanks alot...... do u think something with added vitamins would be more beneficial though than jsut the striaght protein?

I use nitro core for my mrp protein. It's the best mrp as far when all the factors are taken into account. Other than that I use nitrotech protein bars whenever I can't carry liquid source of meal with me. Never tried rtd's.
