Protein and Carbs intake chart

hey,
i couldent find it, but does anyone have a link somewhere on the forums where i can find a basic chart layout of when to take proteins vs carbs, before and after workouts, before bed, waking up e.t.c

this kind of info is ever changing with research, they used to say no protein before bed, then they said its good then they say its bad, no protein before workouts, then its good, then its bad e.t.c

i just need a basic layout of when to take simple carbs versus proteins in relation to bed time, morning and pre and post workout e.t.c
