30/40/40/40/40/40 (been reading that anything under 30 is too low and 40 is a sweet spot)

on cycle support:

Multivitamin WITH joint support complex
Fish Oil
Milk Thistle
Hawthorne berry

PCT:
nolvadex 20/20/10/10 (ive been reading 40/40/20/20 as well...suggestions?)

still continue to take multi vitamins/fishoils/milk thistle

is that enough for a PCT? Are the natural test boosters even worth it? I haven't ordered anything YET just a simple proposal. thank you in advance

I would grab a cheap one like DAA and then for on cycle support i would just recommend getting one of our top 5 on cycle support products at Strong Supplement Shop. Its better to be safe and make sure you're taking all the necessary supps on cycle.
 
Yes natural test boosters are worth it. A cheap effective one is DAA. Has worked well for me every time. Also Nolva at 20/20/10/10 is good. May want to have a legit AI on hand for use at the end of pct as well to prevent estrogen rebound. Some RC exemestane would suffice.
 
Thanks for the info guys. Question about the AI...so basically would i use it if i started getting puffy nipples/gyno symptoms? I can only grab Arimidex as well would that suffice?


edit: nevermind im able to get my hands on some liquid exemestane...what would the dosage be like at the end of my PCT? and for how long?

DAA 3g/day 6 weeks
Exem 0/0/12.5/12.5/12.5/12.5 EOD

This is a pretty bare bones basic pct. There are good OTC pct products to continue to provide organ support as well as a mild AI. Sup3r pct has an AI, prolactin control, liver support, test boosting, and improved sleep ingredients.

It's always good to have a AI on hand, since it's just a EPI cycle, nothing terribly strong a OTC AI will be perfectly fine. Look into Myokems alphadex
