Real simple fix

Use simple not complex carbs with it

So yesterday was my final day on F95. I dosed 1 cap of Glycophase tonight with a high carb cheat and I felt very bloated and gassy. Seems like this stuff just doesn't work for me.

Berberine suppresses the cAMP properties of Forskolin.

Regarding this again, Could the Berberine and Forskolin be used say 8 hours apart then or would it still be the same issue?
