Proper training for first cycle

Ok fellas been out the game for a while trying shake back i found a interesting body recomp 6week training program any onpinions? Unfortunately i cant post links until after 40 post. So its t-nations ultimate body recomp basically 6 days a week with one hard work out and another one later in day with body resistance or light weight maybe 20% max rep
 
Just about any program can work. Consistency and progression is more important. If your just getting back in the gym I wouldn't go 6 days a week tho. If I was you I'd start with full body 3x a week for a few months to ease back in. Something simple, one or 2 exercise per body part
 
If your goal is size train heavy hard basic compound movements to build a base. The pro that got me wanting this was an old timer Don Long he said think of yourself as a piece of clay. When you reach the bulk size you want then start sculpting it down.
