Proper Nolvadex PCT

I am just completing my second SD cycle 10/20/30
I know that I should run my nolva at 40/30/20/10 but what I dont know is when I should take it. Does it need to be taken (for example week 1 all 40mgs) all at once and should it be in the morning or before I go to bed, or throught the day? Also I was planning on using NovedexXT along side it as an AI, in the past I ran it as directed and took it all at once before bed.
 
nolva has a pretty long half life if i remember correctly..you mine as well split it up, once in the morning once at night (to give you liver a break, etc) but all in all the dosages will be combined together in the end since of the half life

somoene else chime in?
