What do you think is proper hang clean and press form? When I hang clean, I go directly into a lunge before pressing overhead. My husband thinks I should go to a full squat before jumping into a lunge to power up to an overhead press. I full squat when I doing warm-up weight, but when the weight gets heavier, it just feels more comfortable to go right to a lunge and skip the full squat altogether. Incidentally, I have trouble with a full squat by itself...anatomically, it just doesn't seem to work for me.
