thebigt said:thankx moyer, good advice. i am running 2 weeks solo propadrol will try to cut my last 2 weeks. personally i like it, think i carry 247 prety good, and am strong as hell. but my wife is 130 and *****ing about me getting so big. after 19 years of being married ive learned to try to keep her happy.
thebigt said:as of now im on 3rd day of week 2 of 1hemadrol, 3propadrol ed, last cycle was pheradrol/mega zol. ran them at 3 phera, 4 zol ed. gained mass and strength on phera, this is much better for recomp, strength. leaning out, getting strong as hell also positive aggression.
Yea man im alive. I had alot of crap goin on while I was doin that log and i guess I just forgot about it. But as for final stats I remember it being +5 pounds and my bodyfat remained the same as week 2 while retaining the majority or what I gained. I really responded well to this and x-mass, more so then any other Designers i've tried. Wish I would have done before and after though cause it really felt like all the gains were going to the chest for some reason, it was weird. Overall I really liked the leaness strength, and definition I got from Prop, mass and weight gain were Decent but I was eating like a horse. I haven't been able to lift much latley cause of back problems so i just been doing a bunch of cardio, but hope to get back in the game though. If there's anything else you would like to know about my cycle i'd be happy to fill you in.
damn i forgot to include that in my post. yes i postponed the physical-blood test until jan 7. and yes i will post results. liver cholesterol etc. i think testosterone levels are out of pocket not covered by insurance will see, if not to much ill eat the cost, unfortunately dont have baseline. thanks for reminding me.
