Promagnon 25 log

so get this...i had 3 bottles of the original promagnon in my freezer stored for some time, they were well kept (apparently not?) in the freezer in air-sealed bags so im curious to know what happened

today i realized im nearing the finish of the 2nd bottle and opened the 3rd...i dont like what i see/the way the pills look...its not quite "mold", but it seems most if not all the pills left in this bottle (maybe a little over 20) have discolored brown patches...im not going to be an idiot, so heres the deal...i have a friend that i will look to get a bottle from, if hes willing to sell it...ill finish the cycle as planned, but if not i have 4 days worth left...which means ill only be cutting the cycle 4 days shorter than planned

im curious to know what the hell that cr@p is on the pills :18:
 
I have no clue what the explanation would be. But it sounds as if you have an intelligent plan IMO. Good luck with the hookup... if not, just take it as a sign that now's the time to move on to pct.
 
Legs

- i looked at the cotton swab inside the bottle and it looks like some sort of moisture must have gotten inside, its very damp & blotchy & some of the pills were sticking directly to the cotton swab with the brownish color...which in all does not make sense because the other bottles were fine, but :ugh1:...tossed em today, a shame...still waiting on the re-up man

i actually did legs yesterday but felt like such sh!t that i just came home and fell asleep, i cant say its all related to the compound bc ive been sleeping like crap the past few days & probably not getting in enough carbs, but feeling an improvement today & actually have a drive to go and hit the gym...too bad im taking today off just to fully recover :footinmouth:

- in the last few weeks though, the compound really has become a roller coaster, slamming & kicking @ss one day, then down in the dumps another...regardless of how i "feel" though, i am "looking" better & better as the cycle goes on

BB Squat:
335x10...same as last week, but overall an improvement

- knees & hips really screaming at this point, so i went light and high volume

- though a few days ago i would say otherwise, at this point, ill say strength has about levelled off it seems- which i have 2 things to say about...first, it could simply be that i have reached my individual apex in terms of results & responding to this compound, which i wont complain being that most of the core lifts i sought to improve went up 10-25lbs
....or, second, the combination of resurfacing lethargy (at this point, it comes for 3 days, then leaves for 2 or 3, and cycles in that way) & chronic joint pain is offseting potential gains...its hard to go in and bust @ss feeling tired/unmotivated & achey...its been a good run, but the body is reminding me that its about that time for pct...
- im happy of the results it has given, but will not be upset that this is the last few days of my cycle...with this in mind, i am very determined to make these last few days count

- i am at 205, so up 10lbs overall, significantly leaner & more vascular (bloating has went away) than i was before cycle, stronger as well, and definately fuller in terms of muscle & overall definition
 
helluva log. Be sure to update during pct every once in a while so we can see how your recovery goes. The cycle is always the easy part :burnout:

definately, i would be such a hypocrite if i didnt- im always curious to know how users are doing/maintaining gains well into pct...apprecite the love, ill be sure to let folks know my serm dosing, supports supps, #'s and all the good stuff every here and there...

got chest in less than an hour, im anxious, really want to slam the plates braahhhh and makes these last days count

amazing workout and not the slightest dissapointed, i really dont care if i only hit 1 pr today, bc the reason it being great is bc i have never been able to go this heavy on every exercise for chest before...usually ill be able to do the first 2 heavy then the rest has to be done in moderation

- i felt & looked amazing today, the upper chest in particular is really coming in great and some veins from my neck and shoulders have creeped into my upper chest...it really is a hate/love relationship @ this point in regards to pm25 lol...at this dose this late in the game, sides are kinda kickin me to the curb, but the adequate rest & strict diet (& support supps) really are helping me enjoy these last few days

- i'll just say this in terms of strength, you can see that i havn't been significantly increasing my strength in these later weeks...actually, it seems strength has really tapered off, but i am so comfortable now handling this heavier weight that i would have never been able to handle before...when i lifted 275 off the rack 2night, went down for my first few reps, i actually paused for a sec to look at my spotter and tell him to take his hands off the bar...when i looked up though, i realized his hands had been at his side the whole time...and that is a great feeling
 
Back...last day

-today is the last day of the cycle (worked up to 100mgs for just under a 6 week cycle), decided buying the extra bottle was not worth the last 4 days

-a combination of back pumps & something odd in my form lately really prevented me from shining on this movement during the cycle, worked up to 465 today, which is nothing unusual
Rev Grip Barbell Rows:
-335x8
Parallel Grip Lat Pulldown:

Superset Hammer Strength Row & Lat Pulldown:
-got up to 4 plates for 10 reps on Row
Seated Row w/ rope super w/ lower back extensions

- the pump was good, as always, strength still showing thats its around, and felt thick as hell...ill leave a detailed summary of the cycle in a seperate post

-overall great workout
 
End of Cycle Synopsis

Day 1-12: 50mg
Day 13-28: 75 mg
Day 29-38:100 mg
Total: 4 days shy of a 6 week cycle

Side Effects: nipples became slightly puffy: no concerns as b6 does mollify this and this will subside with proper pct; back pumps started off mild and became increasingly noticeable during the latter weeks: hindered certain movements like deadlifts & bent rows; in the beggining there were slight headaches but nothing intense; lethargy was the "worst" side on this cycle- some days it really dampered the workout & feeling tired constantly was unpleasant but as i learned, make pivotal changes in your diet & supps (more consistent flow of carbs throughout the day, b6 & other b vitamins, SamE) and the lethargy will be kept at bay, at least...all in all, the sides were NOT bad at all, especially in comparison to other hormones out there

Positives: ridiculous pumps (the good ones :laugh:) & vascularity, bf% did decrease noticeably even with higher caloric intake: am leaner than i was pre-cycle; strength gains are amazing, though not shocking and extreme, they are very prominent and very maintainable...here is the suprising thing not many see on this cycle--> i did put on a cr@p load of dense size with this "recomp" hormone: keep your cals/carbs/protein high!!! if your goal is to "bulk" with this compound otherwise it will honestly just shred you before giving you the chance to pack on size; the general sense of well-being & euphoria was intensely felt during the beggining of the cycle, aggression and drive was also intense until chronic lethargy, recovery was also very good

Beg weight: 195
Fin wieght: 205 Up a solid 10lbs, not a bloated, gewy 10lbs

Finals words: for a compound that doesn't bring about extreme sides**, the relative strength/size gains coupled with the drop in bf make it an amazing choice...great for starters at a low dose, excellent for experienced users at higher doses and/or longer periods of use...in short pm25 is the fckin sh!t and i dont doubt if ill use it again somewhere down the line

I'll continue to follow up intermittently throughout PCT which starts tommorow and keep you guys updated

This log is just another example why promagnon and halo should be regarded as kings of the castle. Why anyone would want an extra 2 pounds at the expense of blood pressure, gyno, and sexual disfunction with other compounds is beyond me :dunno:

I really liked your point about keeping the cals up. No need to be careful with carbs like with epethios or phera. P25 and halo are known for recomp, and that's no bs in that regard.

I'll be making less frequent posts from here in, but I'll be sure to make perioidic updates until the end of PCT...I'll lay out the PCTfor the time being...
Normally not a fan/do not see the benefits from my research/readings to dose nolva past 20mg, and havn't in the past, but I figured hey, ran this cycle pretty high, lets do 30mg for the first day

- my main components of my pct will be Nolvadex & Activate Xtreme...I'll let the serm do its job for at least the first week in restoring the system, then if I feel my body has made a noticeable improvement, I'll begin adding the AX...if I don't feel the body has yet worked to produce enough test of its own in week 2, however, i will delay the AX and give nolva a more time to do its job, as there will be no point in adding a supp to free testosterone if there is no test to free in the first place

PCT:
Week 1: 30/20/20/20/20/20/20
Week 2: 20mgs (Activate Xtreme)
Week 3: 20 mgs (Activate Xtreme)
Week 4: 10 mgs (Activate Xtreme)
(This was just under a 6 week cycle, so PCT may be necessary for additional week or 2...I'm going pay close attention to how my body feels during week 4, then make additions to PCT where necessary, until then, this is what is mapped out)

- of course, liver support & all other cycle supports supps will be continued through pct
- Beta Alanine & Universal Storm or Animal Pump may be thrown into the mix as well to help retain gains

& just for sh!ts and giggles, i just wanted to say i finally nailed my goal on barbell shrugs...545x6, granted i used wraps and a under/overhand grip...better later than never :burnout:

I have run Epi, 1-T, Dermacrine B4.

thanks for following, the actual bottle says take 1 to 2 servings daily, 25 mg each...but i really feel the 50-75mg range is desired for best results during a cycle while also keeping sides at bay...i would start at nothing less than 50mgs but really encourage you to work up to 75mgs since you seem to have experience with hormones already, otherwise for begginers i would suggest 50mgs as being fine...of the hormones you've used, my best guess is that pm25 would be most similar to Epi, in general, pm25 will probably yield less size gains but probably offer more in the strength department (all considering your goals- are you going for a cut/bulk/recomp?)

the majority of my cycle was run @ 75mgs with little to no sides, it wasn't until around the time i hit 100mgs that the sides slightly intensified- but again, they were so mild that one could easily tolerate them & even significantly reduce them with the right supps

a friend of mine (1st cycle) ran h-roid which is supposed to be an exact clone of pm25 right along the time i ran mine, he kept it at 50 since it was his first time, regardless, put on probably around 7lbs- maybe a little less - of lbm, got pretty shredded, and had some nice strength gains

6th day of PCT

day 6 of PCT...body's natural systems are beggining to revive themselves i.e. balls dropping, the extreme lethargy is gone, libido is back up

continuing to make strength improvements, partially due to the stress taken off my joints since I've stopped the compound...so therefore feeling better overall, I continue to progress

first day i dosed nolva @ 30mg...i will ride out 20mgs for a while before i drop to 10mg...the first day of week 2 of pct I will begin Activate Xtreme

weight is the same: 205, so retaining gains well thus far, but here's the part I'm really pleased with...so I didn't notice while on cycle that I might have been retaining some very minor water weight...since the cycle has dropped, weight has stayed the same, BUT visually I just look a lot more dryer, leaner, and more defined...so its possible the water retention on cycle (probably happened most around the time of 100mgs) may have actually masked the added definition to a degree....by no means do i look any smaller, just suprisingly (and i emphasize suprisingly: abs are at there best and the striations in my chest & shoulders as well as my legs are visually improved) more ripped, and as a result, vascaularity has become more prominent as well

back pumps are still lingering though?

my apolagies for the delay,
so far i have only used nolvadex for a serm, but it has worked well each time...its just easier for me to get & the comfort of knowing its legit makes it worthwhile, i know some argue clomid expedites the rebound process, but despite liver toxicity i also have a preference to nolva in terms of less dangerous sides

-so far, weight has dropped to about 202...early in the first week of PCT I went up to 206, but the subcantenous water weight has been shed which now leaves me more leaner and more defined than the already amazing results while on cycle
-the actual muscle mass gains remain however, though some of the "mass" created by the bloat is gone, the true results the lay beneath have been maintained
-strength has been going up in some departments, others it has remained level, while others it has slightly decreased...overall strenth has been maintained well

- no more lethargy :burnout:, back pumps are nearly gone, and no estro rebound :bandit: (keep fingers crossed!) as of yet

today is day 15 of PCT,
Activate Xtreme is being run at 4 caps a day, every day since day 8 of PCT (so beggining of week 2)
Dosed Nolva @ 30mg for day 1, and 20mgs since then...
Week 3 I will also dose at 20mg
Week 4 most likely at 10mg depending how I feel

i am very pleased with the cycle, and the results (i would say 90% retained) through PCT...ill update again in a week or so

coming off the first few days, libido was still somewhat on the low side, within a week libido went way up though (or at least back to normal), a quick rebound i would say from the shutdown felt towards the end of the cycle

big lifts:
bench: around 295x4 on a great day, now doing 315x3-4 reps on a regular day
squat: 315 x4-6, on cycle i pulled out 364x4
deadlift: pre cycle 495x1, during cycle 505x1; this is something i really didnt have much room to improve on since the back pumps would really prevent me from doing more than 1-2 working sets

other big movements such as rows, leg press, shoulder press, shrugs etc all went up as well, significantly
 
nearing week 3 of pct....using animal pump (storm on off days)/beta alanine along with the AX & nolva to help retain gains...currently training for a strongman competition & with a new lifting regimen am continuing to see strength gains & break pr's

today shrugged 585x5 which i never thought was even possible for me even on cycle...also seemed to have forgotten how difficult it is to standing shoulder press vs seated...been doing cleans & presses and finally got 225x2, i know thats not much & i should be doing more, but it was a good feeling pressing 20lbs or so over your bodyweight
...still looking/feeling good, thanks for checking in guys, ill keep you posted, pm25 gains are easily maintainable with a solid PCT, a big plus imo when debating a cycle

ive had that in mind actually, im overdue for an annual appointment anyway...ive just been debating how to go about posing the question without arousing any suspicions, being that my doctor is already obsessed with telling me his views against modern supplements available without me even asking ....
...and oh god, dont get him started on gear...he makes a grown man feel like a young child being scolded by his parents when caught doing something wrong lol

i saw a friend on the board not too long ago use the excuse that he recently started using zma and wanted to see the effects it had on his testosterone levels...thinking this might ride with my silly old doctor

Well, you don't need any excuse for a basic blood panel. Something like "my uncle has high cholesterol and I'm just wondering if this is gonna be a genetic issue. Not to mention that it's been a long time since I've had bloodwork" That should cover liver, kidney, and blood glucose and some other basics with no questions asked.

IF you want to push the hormonal issue, you need to have a symptom that warrents hormonal workup. You could say "I've been feeling tired, occasional trouble sleeping, and lackluster bedroom performance. I don't really feel stressed but just notice a little bit of a decline lately."

That's a call for total and free test and probably cortisol and estradiol. He might run LH and FSH if he's thorough... OR might make that decision based on what your insurance would cover.
 
this makes me sad...promag was my first cycle(and i LOVED it, more so than anything else ive ran)...and they banned it...and i want another bottle! id so so so love to run it again :[ anyone know where i can find it?!? i might even go as far as to say id kill for a bottle *evil grin*
 
I'm running CEL's P-Mag clone right now. Not sure why you'd say there wasn't a clone when there's plenty of threads about it :dunno:

um because i looked on their website and it wasnt on there maybe? lmao DUH...sorry. so stoked about this tho. def gonna be my next cycle

yesterday was the last day of pct...a total of 5 weeks pct
weight is about 205, but not as clean as it was towards the end of cycle...i was actually training for a strongman competition and put on some sloppy weight while boosting cals & carbs to compete in the above 200 weight class- came in 2nd though and just fell short

strength, however remains high and as said before, am still noticing steady improvements in strength...i would say that 90% of gains were maintained for the long run (defining gains according to muscle size and strength gains)

i did have blood work done and my doctor ran through the items i had in question, particularly cholesterol, liver values, blood pressure...cholesterol was fine along with liver values (he said nothing beyond what he would expect from a young adult who drinks socially) though i didnt drink during cycle and pct...so my assumption is the nolva may have been hittin the liver a little in addition to whatever mild damage was done during cycle...
blood pressure he said was not necessarily high, but was comparable to that of an endurace athelete's...meaning that it was somewhat beyond ordinary but nothing that couldn't be explained by the affects of intense exercise

im feeling good and recovered completely in terms of shutdown etc probably completely by the week 3-4 transition...i kept nolva dosed low from week 4-5 of pct to assure total recovery with an adequate test booster...

i hope all those considering have as great a run if not better, thanks all for stopping in once again

When did the weight & size start to be noticable?
Looks like about at least middle or beginning of 2nd week before you started to notice anything?
