Prolonged intake of yellow gold, safe?

What is the longest time anyone has taken yellow gold without adverse side effects? If a break is needed, how frequent and how long should it be?
 
the longest I have taken yellow gold consecutively is for like 3 months and I didn't notice much while using. I just started taking it again after not using it for like half of a year, and I still don't notice that I am using it, it has been three weeks since I started on the yg again.
 
YG provides a ton of benefits and can be taken year round. Berberine has been used in medicine for a very long time and has been proven safe
