But i would be more concerned with Estrogen sides, because Trest converts to Methyl Estrogen.
Have a good AI on hand, or run something that converts to DHT to counter the estro sides.

Prolactin issues with trest tend to be the exception and not the norm, but if you are wanting to be thorough in preparing for any "what if ?" scenario then yes, Id have something on hand for it.
