Prolactin control without ldopa

Looking for something to control/lower prolactin. Can’t have anything with ldopa/macuna unfortunately.

Do you take a b complex in the morning? It's usually 25-50mg. No need to take if it's in your b complex. Otherwise people recommend 200-250mg of p5p for libido boost but these people don't think about the consequences. peripheral neuropathy etc,

I would buy nutricost's 100mg 240caps

How did you get high prolactin in the first place? Is it tren, trest or deca related

Assuming it's from gear...,

All of the stronger prolactin lowering meds/supps will interact with a SSRI because of serotonin and dopamine. So first I would make sure I actually have high prolactin, then I'd stop what's causing it because most of the OTC stuff won't help with prolactin issues from 19 nors. They're better as a preventative measure where you start it before you start the compound

If not from gear just go with p5p but just to check all the boxes. Even b6/p5p is involved in producing serotonin and other neurotransmitters. Shouldn't be an issue though.
