Nope. Better options out there for 19-Nor-dHEA. If you can still find OL Sup3r-19 it has 330mg 19 per a day or 110mg per a pill. And Alpha Gainz Alpha-19 TD has 100mg topical.
I'm currently running both for a total of 430mg.
A better bang for your buck though, would be to run 1-Andro between 300-500mg. Has actual scientific studies to back it up and great anecdotal reports.
