The problem with a lot of those studies is they are given to average Joe’s typically. Kinda like how skinny guys gain weight in basic training and the guys who already had a lot of muscle simply lost it all. I’m sure a guy with no real muscle, would put on some with testosterone injections while doing nothing. But I’ll tell you, when I’m over 255lbs, I’m thrilled to get 5 lbs out of a cycle when I’m working out hard 6 days a week. Give test injections to a guy that lifts hard and have him stop working out, he will lose weight, guaranteed.
