I am doing a 1 month Dimethandrostenol cycle. I am using Nano Mithras (Dimethandrostenol) and I am also going to use my Androxine (tren suspension).

I started friday evening (30.10.15) with one dose of Nano Mithras = 12,5 mg Dimethandrostenol
I am going to use 0,75 ml of the Dimethandrostenol every day.
0,5 ml in the morning = 12,5 mg Dimethandrostenol
0,25 ml in the evening = 6,25 mg Dimethandrostenol

I may go up to 1 ml every day of Dimethandrostenol.

Saturday I pinned 1 ml of Tren suspension with 1 ml Testosterone Cypionate just to have som testosterone in my system.
I had a great workout that day, I trained twice as long as usual and did more bodyparts since I felt so great. I credit the Tren suspension.

I am not interested in your opinions to what I should do. I want to do it my way and learn from that. I am only doing this log so other people may learn from my experience.

I am probably going to use Androxine EOD or E3D, since I have only 9 of them left.

After I am done with the Dimethandrostenol and Tren suspension, I am going to use one capsule of Osta Shred ED or EOD to maintain and lean out.
After what I have read about Ostarine they say it is mildly suppressive so using the Osta Shred that has an AI will probably make recovery easier. I also have some Anastrozole I can use.

My stats before I started is:
197 cm tall
91,4 kg


Note: Before I started my sex drive was very low. I will give update on that too. When I ran a Dianabol only cycle my sex drive was amazing. I wonder if it will be like that with Dimethandrostenol.

I am going to try gain some weight and get leaner, but I have to see how my body changes. I will probably update two to three times per week.

My diet is mostly vegetarian. I use some whey I have left and I am also eating lean fish. I may have some meat once in a while. I am going to eat fish 1 time per day. I will eat like what I feel is optimal.
 
How did that dbol only cycle work out for you?
 
I went from 95 kg to 105 kg in 30 days. I used 1 gram in 30 days.

If I were to do it again I would probably run 10 or 20 mg per day instead. I feel like I wasted it. I saw a video of Ric Drasin talking about doing 10 mg per day, and he said he made good gains from that. I gained a lot of water and kept 5 or 6 kg. After the 30 days I used Clomid as PCT and lost about 4 kg in water.

My diet wasn't the best either I ate too much and gained some fat. I focused on strength though.

The sex drive was amazing on dbol, but then again one of the reasons I started using steroids was because of very low sex drive. The sex drive was like when I was 15. You know when you think about sex all day.

The pumps were really good, but the back pumps were horrible. It was good workouts. Lots of energy. I would often use 10 mg before a workout, sometimes 20 mg. The strength was really good on dbol.

The suppression wasn't bad either. I used 100 mg of Clomid for two days or something and used 50 mg for 10-15 days, and that was it.
 
As a side note: I have had troubles with my lower back for about 3 months now, and I have had a hard time training because of that. One of the reasons I weigh less now. My bodyfat percentage was probably around 25 % after the dbol cycle.

I also dieted hard without anabolics and lost weight too fast, but then again I have learned something new.

Ever used an inversion table? My back was fuct for a long time and after daily inversion table use my dl is back over 400 and my squat isn't very far behind. Ostarine helped my back and knees as well
 
No I have never used an inversion table, but I have been to an osteopath and she found out that I was too stiff in my left hip, so I have compensated and strained one side more than the other. She told me I need to get more flexible. I have also been to massage and she used a special apparatus that increased blood flow to the area that was painful. And after I was at the massage I have not had any pain in the lower back. That was on wednesday.

But I will probably avoid squatting with weights and deadlifting until I'm done with the Ostarine. I have read that it should be good with joint issues.
 
I will try training every day, 7 times a week. I am also going to use tren suspension on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. That will last me 3 weeks.
I train in the morning so it will be 1 ampoule tren suspension (50mg/ml) and 0,5 ml Nano Mithras = 12,5 mg Dimethandrostenol. I will put the Nano Mithras under my tongue for about 30 seconds, before I wash it down. I tried that today and I think I felt some of it faster. It is horrible though, extremely bitter and chemical taste.

I weigh 92,7 kg now, and I feel a little fuller. After my workout today it looked like my arms was bigger than normal.

Before I begin my workout with weights I do circle training with pushups, bodysquats and situps.
My goal is 100 of each, and I can use as many sets I need, but I try to get more reps or better finish time every day.
On Friday before I started the cycle I had 25 pushups in a row (that was to failure), and on Saturday when I used the Nano Mithras and tren suspension I had 35 pushups (that was to failure).

My split until my back is fine is:
Chest and triceps
Back and biceps

I will probably have some shoulders with my chest and triceps day. Mostly side laterals and face pulls, it looks like the face pulls gives a good round shape to my shoulders. I will put in some legs on Saturday, do some machines and calves.

I feel a little more hungry than normal.
 
I will start adding Turmeric to my dinner to help my liver. I can't post links for you yet.

I also use a blend of 20 different plants.

5 days in and I notice that I have a far greater appetite. Today I have eaten 5 times and I will probably have a shake and some fruit before I go to bed. Usually I will eat 3-4 times a day, but now I start to crave food an hour or so after I ate. I have increased my training frequency so that can explain some of it. I would typically train 4 times a week before I started the cycle, now it is every day. This was the first day I noticed a real difference in my appetite.

My sex drive is getting better than what it was. I feel better overall, less tired, less sore. I train the same muscle groups frequently so they shouldn't get as sore because of that.
I notice that when I'm on a cycle I don't need as much sleep, and I look more forward to training, to the point were I wake up before the alarm (I wake up at 5 am. and train from 6 am - 7.30 am.).
The two last days I have woke up before the alarm, I continue sleeping of course.
 
When I weighed myself on Thursday morning, after I had been to the bathroom my weight was up to 94,5 kg. And it was the same this morning too, on Saturday. So that is a 3 kg increase in less than a week. I am excited to see if I will keep gaining weight. My pants is getting hard to get on, and some of my t-shirts that was quite loose in the arms is getting tight.

My strength is getting better and my endurance too. When I use tren suspension I have better intensity and breathe heavier. I don't know if the heavy breathing is because of the tren or better intensity. The tren is very smooth to inject, there is zero PIP and it goes right in. When I use oils I often have to use a lot more pressure and I have to use longer time injecting it. I use 23 gauge needles.

My veins is popping out more than usual and I have better endurance, I bet it is because of more blood. My appetite is much better than before I started the cycle.
 
Sorry for few updates.

I have experienced that running Dimethandrostenol by itself at a dosage of 12,5 mg will easily put on 5 kg the first week. It is mostly water and I really don't like to look so soft. It is an amazing compound for strenght gains and mass. Whenever I look softer than I want, I use one capsule of Osta Shred and lose some of the water the next two days. Midway into the second week my weight was up to 97 kg and I can't gain weight to fast because of a drug free gym. When my weight was 97 kg midways in the second week I used two capsules of Osta shred on Wednesday and one on Thursday, and on Friday morning my weight was down to about 92,5 kg.

So it is not dry gains which sucks, but it is amazing to use as a kickstart to a cycle. I bet that if you use it when you have low bodyfat you can probably look really good, even when you gain a lot of water. I know it's banned in the US but it is possible to get it at Predatornutrition. Don't do any ego lifting if you decide to use this compound.

As for the tren suspension on the days I use it I get really hungry. I also feel like I come down after 3-5 hours. I get easier irritated and my mood drops after some hours after injection.

There have been several times during my cycle I have been depressed, but I was quite depressed a period before the cycle too.
Like this week I was very depressed on Monday. I had no desire to either eat or drink and only had some liquid on the morning before work. The first thing I did after coming home from work at 4 PM was to sleep, listen to music and lie in bed to 6.45 AM the next day. First then I was motivated enough to actually eat and drink water.

I had to stay home from work on Tuesday just to get mentally well. My back started to hurt more again after Friday last week, so that can be a factor as well. I also didn't use the Dimethandrostenol on Sunday.
