~Prohormone Ban on the Horizon?~

Exactly what you said. Professional sports, olympics and all the other similar **** is the culprit

exactly steroids were made for the olympics! well the nazis experimented with it but the russians and others in the olympics made it big and well known

Hitler ecperimented with DNP as well for the cold weather as well

Everything has a use. I hav a feeling a lot of things moving forward are going to get cut

I was looking into another plant for a beta agonist. However it's use in the US was banned. It was like ma huang extracts. But for some reason this herb is banned and the stuff we see in fake ephedra products isn't.

Ironic.

Let's see what they do. I sure hope that this fails. The argument posed comes across as arbitrary. Invalid Link Removed

you can still get sd from the uk. methdrol is less than 50$ shipped.
halo, lots of good ones, olympus, lgi, helladrol, ironflex etc...

Yep. Dragon was still making it although I can't vouch for how good it is. Geneza (GP) makes one if you were to choose the less legal route.

Lol gave you a blues clues clue ? Missed ya to man you
Doing a show soon?

7weeks out! this will be all about just learning! im using only prop and superdrol as a precontest since its my first cycle ever! and im coachless so im doing all this on my own. im pretty impressed with what ive done so far!

Tell me about it! You understand though. Its expensive. Extra food I need on top of what is given, goodies, 30$gym membership, the fees and hotel costs! Im strappedno extra money for a coach. Hell I donteven own a car. From class I take two busses acrosstown to train since the busses are free or ill walk. But after my first comp even without a coach ill still be 100x better than I was a while back

He's making it work one way or another, good ethic.

Looks like this was reintroduced more recently as H.R. 4771, not sure how they calculate the odds of passing but this one is at 27% versus 3% on the version earlier this year.

Looks the same as the last one, but they removed a few things:

96(6) If a drug or other substance has not been temporarily or permanently added to the list of anabolic steroids pursuant to this subsection, the drug or other substance shall be considered an anabolic steroid if in any criminal, civil, or administrative proceeding arising under this Act it has been determined in such proceeding, based on evidence presented in the proceeding, that the substance satisfies the criteria for being considered an anabolic steroid under paragraph (41)(A), (41)(C)(i), or (41)(C)(ii) of section 102.

Sec 3.Sentencing commission guidelines
The United States Sentencing Commission shall—(1) review and amend the Federal sentencing guidelines with respect to offenses involving anabolic steroids, including the offenses under section 305A of the Controlled Substance Act, as added bysection 2;(2) amend the Federal sentencing guidelines, including notes to the drug quantity tables, to provide clearly that in a case involving an anabolic steroid not in a tablet, capsule, liquid, or other form where dosage can be readily ascertained (such as a powder, topical cream, gel, or aerosol), the sentence shall be determined based on the entire weight of the mixture or substance;(3) amend the applicable guidelines by designating quantities of mixture or substance that correspond to a unit so that offenses involving such forms of anabolic steroids are penalized at least as severely as offenses involving forms whose dosage can be readily ascertained; and(4) take such other action as the Commission considers necessary to carry out this Act and this section.

Sec 4. Congressional oversight
The Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration shall report to Congress every 2 years—(1) what anabolic steroids have been scheduled on a temporary basis under the provisions of this Act; and(2) the findings and conclusions that led to such scheduling.

I don't know if this makes it better for us or not. A lot of legal mumbo jumbo I don't really understand. I do know I'll be definitely be stocking up on Epi though, since that's one of the compounds on the list.

Looks like H.R. 4771 was reported by the committee on July 15th. It now has a 55% chance of being enacted. Looks like its gaining sponsors..

Yeah this passed house and is headed up the hill.

This is not like previous bans where they target a group of substances, get rid of them and then you see clones.

This is the bill to kill clones. If it passes they will have the power to label any product marketed as an anabolic steroid, or any clones closely related to it a drug.

Taking it out of the FDA's hands and giving it to the DEA.

If this passes you guys better have your shelves full, because this will kill pro hormones.

Hey at least theres products like Force Factor we could order at 12am on tv with out worry! the Senate will have to ban all pornhomos sooner or later

Yeah I been hearing a lot about this. I just started stocking up on multiple favorites..

Pretty damned sad congress can't pass a budget but they can **** with this. And damnit if pot smoking hippies can get their **** legalized in states why can't we. I feel persecuted. Someone call cnn and get al sharpton to advocate for our rights!

I highly doubt that it will go through and even if it does it will only touch a small percentage of suppliers. PH's will always be available. The feds have to ban specific substances they can't just say we ban all PH's. Because whos to say its a PH? They will continue to modify compounds and stay one step ahead of the DEA. This is a billion dollar industry. its not going anywhere.
this^^^
i don't claim to be a lawyer by any means, but they can't just say "we are going to ban pro hormones." I have/am taking law courses this semester so i know a thing or two about a thing or two ha.

The ban isn't on certain substances, it will be on anything marketed as a steroid or has properties like one I.e a clone. That is how I understood it, please correct me if I'm wrong

Yup, and most importantly it gives them broad authority on the definitions and compounds can be scheduled (banned) without passing more bills.

I can't image what would stop it from passing the senate unless it takes too long to be brought up.

All you guys saying elite level athletes take them? What's your proof? I'm talking mostly football. I personally think not a lot of guys take them, yes some do, but most don't. Most of them are too stupid to know how to use them. I feel like more people in college use them than in the pros.

I'm not saying they use now.. But I'm guessing T some point they did

you honestly think steroids are not rampant in the NFL?

The disturbing part is where they can add any substance they deem fit.

It'll be a while though.

So to sum it up this bill sucks and while they are pressing this there are new limits being put on how and why doctors can prescribe testosterone replacement therapy as well...

That would probably explain why it is sponsored by a rep whose major contributors are doctors and medical insurance companies.

My suspicion is that elite level athletes subject to drug testing stick with drugs like TNE and prop. HGH is common, EPO for endurance athletes, though if testing becomes more prevalent for those, it will decrease at times. They are probably not the ones who put their regimen together, someone tells them what to take and when, and they take it. Not a lot of thought necessary there.

depends how they're advertised as well, our marketing rights will be tremendously limited.

Every supplement company's advertising slogan will be
" take (enter supplement name) it may or may not do anything for you but it isn't like testosterone, that we promise."
