Hey guys, I completely understand what back pumps are and how they result from taking something like m-drol (thanks to reading your guys' forums about such information) which is what I did just over 5 months ago(the m-drol cycle). Before my question I first want to say (because it could help on the answer) I have never had a lower back/ back problem that weren't pumps in my life or even have a sore lower back. So now to get to the point......

While I was taking m-drol, a couple weeks through I was getting back pumps which is normal and it sucked. During post cycle, after doing just one or two sets of squats and dead lifts I had to be done for the day, almost the week because it took me literally 10 minutes just to bend over and put my socks on...I know this kinda happens with most people. I would try stretching my back and stuff and a lot of water and I wish I took taurine at the time but didn't know a lot about taurine until after cycle.

I have had that same aching pain here and there after doing a heavy squat weight still. Today I did a light squat day, back was completely fine, I didn't think about my lower back at all. I could bend over touch my toes and I just felt normal like I always did before my cycle a few months back. But today I was doing light squats and during the first 4 reps felt nothing everything was good, on the fifth I had to put a little more effort in it and while I was going up I felt my muscles in my lower back cringe/tighten/tense up/hurt bad. So I racked the weight and I literally couldn't bend even 5 degrees over or even grab by water bottle on the ground without holding on something while I went down to get it and even then it really hurt. (I haven't been able to max in squats since I started a cycle of m-drol which sucks)

I haven't really heard about back pumps sticking with you for months just during cycle but it was that same back pump really painful feeling. I can't bend right now or anything like that. Can someone let me know what to do and if back pumps can really stay with you after m-drol for months which doesn't make sense. A lot to read but thanks a lot to whoever replies.
