Hey guys.
My regimen right now is 2 workouts a day.
Pretty intense conditioning in the morning (circuit crossfit style stuff, jacked up heart rate)
And strength training in the evening
(Heavy squats, bench, deads followed by accessory 3x10 work)
My goal is to cut / dry up while gaining strength.
I am currently on TRT (compound bioidentical test cream 100mg testosterone a day on inner thighs or wrists)
Also ECA twice a day
Want to add something to my stack to get leaner, stronger and dryer
Was initially gonna run var but was told it would be tough to maintain my conditioning because of blood pressure and bad back pumps while doing things like cleans etc. Also shin pumps while skipping and running.
Was wondering what prohormone would be best to run.
Maybe 1andro / Epi?
