hey, from now on , I want to progress through reps and add weight only every mesocycle. I start with a weight where I have 3-4 reps in reserve, and where the volume gets increasingly more dense up until week 4 until I deload in week 5,add weight and start over. I train every other day. I start with 4x5 on the compound movemts, 3-4 reps in reserve.
So the first week should be light, the second one a little more difficult, the third week close to failure, and the 4th week to failure.
Now.., should I add reps like this (these are 4 weeks, 14 workouts, number of reps, if you train every other day you always train one week 3 times, the next 4 times and so on):
