Progress thoughts?

Hello everyone.

This is a years worth of progress, with one prep in between. Looking for honest opinions.

It's hard to tell you flexed totally different in each shot but I'll say this it looks like your quads are definitely improved but you look to be either holding more water in your upper body or you gained some bodyfat?

A double biceps with abs flexed would be much better? I'm gonna guess you didn't do that because your abs are less visible?

Your quads are sharper though so?
