Progress over 6 months

I say I started trying to lose fast last summer and , during the late fall, started focusing on gaining muscle while keeping up with cardiovascular requirements in order to offset fat gain. My calorie burning varies as my routine is not the same after about 6-8 weeks. Here are the photographs. They range from September to February in chronological order from top to bottom.
