Was just wondering what your thoughts are on ProGF. Looking at the ingredients, it looks like a very solid formulation, but don't see it talked about on this forum.

Overpriced, get yourself some whey with oats and you got your MRP at a fraction of the cost.

It's glutamine and creatine mono-hydrate. Whoop.... one is worthless and the other you can get for like a nickel now.
