Profile Picture - How to POst it?

I'm usually pretty computer savy. I uploaded my personal pics to my profile, however, I cannot figure out how to post one to my Avatar?

Can someone tell me how to make one of my pictures my default profile pic?

Sure, just go to your User CP (link in top navigation bar) and choose either Edit Profile Picture or Edit Avatar from the options on the left. Not sure which you are trying to do, since you mentioned both - but they are different. The avatar is what shows up under your name when you make posts. Profile picture is what shows up on your AMSpace profile page. The maximum dimensions for each are listed when you get to their respective edit screens.
