I uploaded a profile pic and when I click seetings and edit my profile pic it says this is your profile pic, but I do not see it anywhere else?

where, when, how do I upload it? I stuck it in my album but can't figure out how to add it to my avatar?

annnndddd..... it's in settings... I swear I used to be a forum pro.
