PROTEIN BARS!

I don't know why I didn't think to suggest it before. You guys have awesome protein flavors and killer macro ratios. If you guys could come out with some protein bars that are low net carb, low fat, that would be awesome.

I imagine you'd have to throw in some sugar alcohols, but that's ok; those aren't too bad as far as carbs go.

A protein bar with something like 20g of protein, and less than 3 grams of fat, and less than 20 grams of total carbs (preferably as close to 0 net carbs as possible and also preferebly have some fiber), would be really good.

Optimum makes a line of bars very similar to those ratios, but ATW's protein quality is better. Also given the quality of ATW's protein, I wouldn't be surprised if you could come up with bars with even better macro ratios; lower carb, and maybe even lower fat.


Anyway, protein flavors to start could easily be based off your current ones:

Strawberry shortcake
Banana Muffin
Chocolate Mint
Fudge
Vanilla
Orange Creamsickle
Pina Colada

Add in Peanut butter (*hint* *hint*) and you've got a killer line-up.
 
if they made some for some MRP bars too with higher carbs (good quality ones) that would sell too...i know sometimes here at work its hard to pound down a meal when stuff is going on like recently.

I would like a Low Carbs Bars without sugar and a lot of protein!! With quality ingredients!!!

AND wHAT About a good thermogenic???
 
I'd be more into TP's idea for an MRP bar. Good, complex carbs and slow protein in a bar. I'd buy 'em up like crazy because I hate making my own.
 
low gi carbs and slow digesting protein mrp bar...you'd have a hit seller if it tasted good and was at the right price. All the bulking stuff normally is jammed packed with high GI carbs
 
Yeah, Im definitely with Tattoopierced on this one. All the bars you find today are loaded with sugar. Even if it tastes halfway decent, Im still interested. :)

All very good ideas.

I will be done with college in a couple years. Wonder if I can get a loan to start a company.."BARZ" specializing in bars that are MRB, protein, energy, and a complex carb bar great for carb refeeds :study:
