Have been trying now for two days to make a purchase, but unable to log in to account. Can check on any product and place items in the cart but cannot checkout. Is the site down, has anyone else have this problem?

Yes , i took your advice on live chat issue resolved in under 6 minutes. That is by far the best customer service and support I have seen thus far . Being as paranoid as Iam this was a A+ shopping experience. I definitely will be a regular....
