Problems with Lean Dreams Anyone???

So I've been on the Tri-Lean system for about 2weeks now and I have already lost 10lbs.:woohoo::dance: Granted I am kickin azz in the gym and eating very clean:hammer:...It could be all water weight, but still, I know this stuff is really doing its job!!! Great product:clap2:....but my question is...

The first few times I took Lean Dreams I was asleep in 10mins flat, even off of 1 pill. Now (1week later) I have to take 2pills, and for the past 2 days coudln't fall asleep all night. (I work all day so I'm not even getting the chance to nap during the day to recover...its like insomnia now for 2 whole days, WITH taken the lean dreams...) In fact it gives me a headache, but that could also be contributed to not getting to sleep. I take the Hyperdrive at 10am (2pills), get an intense 2hr work out in around 6-8pm and usually get to bed around 11pm. So I know its not the Hyperdrive keeping me up.

Anyone else experience problems with it or is it just stress and my body rejecting it right now?

have you only just started taking 2xhyperdrive? i have been using the tri-lean atm and for the last week and a half and only used one HD in the mornings most days. they are really strong, when i took 2 and i've only done it twice and not on consecutive days it gave me really bad headaches and both those nights i couldn't get to sleep so maybe its the HD not the lean dreams

Hi! Thanks for the response! I was taking 2x hyperdrive on the second day bc the 1 didn't really do anything. Its wierd, I'm really tired by the time I get to bed, and I pop in a lean dreams, and like after 20mins I feel kinda wired.

Lastnight I decided not to take the lean dreams, but then I still had a problem sleeping, so I think it might just be stress? I'm gonna give it a few more days for my cycle to get back to normal and we'll see whats going on here. :hammer:

I experience the same thing...... I started not taking it before bed and if i woke up in the middle of the night i would take it and fall right back asleep for 4-5hrs. I also had night sweats because of it. Just drink tons and tons and tons of water! seemed to help. after a while i just quite takin it because it wasnt worth it. IMO

Thats for the reply man! Well I'm pretty tired and I just popped two lean dreams so we'll see what happens, not super stressed and its early so we'll seeee......

just for a day try taking one hyperdrive and see what the difference is. im not a small bloke and definitely not sensitive to stims and i think 2 is too strong for me, i find one does heaps. if still in doubt try it for a couple of days and see what happens

Nothing could help me sleep if I took 2 venoms in a day. 1 in the am pre cardio was all i would need until and amp2 boost later in the day. Lean Dreams is my favorite sleep supp though.

previous to this were you using anything to aid in your sleep ? This can happen when your serotonin levels are off but usually this doesnt happen until you use it for many many months ! I used it for like 9 months straight with no problems and then it started keeping me awake so I added 5-htp at 50 mg and that fixed me up.

Thank you FitnFirm for the reply! Well I wasn't sure what was going on and this is what I came up with because I really have had great success on the ALRI tri-lean system (15pds lost so far!!! :woohoo:) , I decided to stop taking the lean dreams for a few days and get my stress levels back in check and just try to fix the sleep on my own. Then after about 3 days I started the lean dreams again. I discovered that if I take the lean dreams when I'm already starting to get tired and go right to bed, its AWESOME! But if I take the lean dreams, and then 'fight' through the sleepyness that usually kicks in with in the first 20 minutes, if I'm still watching tv or doing bills etc, then after that initial hump, I'm wide awake. Just gotta be more concious of when I take it.

Things are all back on track now though!! Guess it was just a me thing!

Thank you for your help! ! :hammer::clap2:

This is great to hear ! I know I have taken it and then realized I needed milk or something for the next day and drove on it LOL :D You can fight your way awake again for sure. Like you said plan it so you know you are going to be in bed 30 minutes after you take it.

Congrats on your weight loss :woohoo:

Thanks!!! I'm going to post up some pics in the pic section in the next few weeks!!!:chick:

I have a question for you though, will be sending PM shortly! :hammer:

wow- I am surprised that you would have trouble sleeping on 2 pills of lean dreams. They have always made me very sleepy- it is prob the best sleep aid i have tried, as it continues to be effective after continuous use, and I have a pretty high tolerance to sedatives- That being said, everyone is different, and external factors could def be the problem- i.e. stress, amount of hyperdrive, etc.- I am curious to see what happens as far as whether or not it is successful for you in the future- Good Luck!!

Thank you Bronson1 for the reply!!!

Well I have discovered a few things about this system since I've just started using it this month, hopefully will help some more people out:

1)Need to keep pounding the water. I know that this is true even if you aren't on Tri-Lean, but it definetly helps you feel better and more alive. Just like a car needs to have oil&lube to keep the engine roaring, so does the body need fluids to keep everything in great condition and get rid of toxins and help take the good stuff where it needs to go.

2)I found that it works best for me to take 1 hyperdrive in the morning before work (7am) and then the second one at lunch (12pm). This way I have a more controlled energy and don't get that huge slump around 4pm of coming down after all the caffeine shock. I used to take two at noon and noticed I'd be super ramped up, then completely whipped at 5pm JUST when I'm about to hit the gym...but if I take one in the morning and one at lunch, I have an equal balance of energy through out the day, don't feel jittery or light headed, and by the time I get to the gym at 5pm I'm ready to ROCK!!!

3) Stress was definetly a factor for me with the lean dreams. I've been going through some family issues and dealing with the loss of a parent, so I think even though Lean Dreams was trying its hardest, my body was just totally out of whack. Taking a few days off to focus on my life really helped, and now I'm back on track and wouldn't go a night with out it. I'm happy its working again, and happy to know what to do in the future.

4)Only take the lean dreams when you're ready to go to bed, don't take it if you think you might still be awake in an hour, or need to do things. I learned once you fight past the 'sleepy onset' there is no going back and I've been WIDE awake!

5)Special tactics totally kicks azz!! Helps curb hunger hellza, but still should eat. The more protein I fuel up with the better I feel.

I'm thinking about starting a log, as others info has really helped me out.

Thanks!!!!

I've been on 2 a day but I'm starting to think a few of my pills may have disintergrated or something as some days I get a constant positive effect all day long and other days I feel very little. Is there supposed to be a white power residue over the pills?

if you're still not falling asleep at night... try taking the Hyperdrive sooner in than 10am or cut your dose down to ONE(1) pill...

make sure you're not eatting before 1 or even 2 hours before bed on Lean Dreams... sometimes depending on the food you're consuming you might get a boost of energy from carbs or whatever ( natural caffeine or any B vitamins- aka energy)

also the stress factor you mentioned... that could keep anyone up. (hope all is well now)
