I got the bottle of Perform about a month ago, tried using it daily with the recommended dose of 2 in morning and 2 at night. On the second day I started experiencing very intense migraines that lasted 2-3 hours, which got me to the point where I couldn't function. Don't get me wrong, my libido was through the roof prior, but these migraines put me in terrible pain. Fast forward a month later, I ordered a bottle of Activate Xtreme to replace my bottle of Divanex as I read they are very similar.
Divanex had zero negative effects on me. However, I took two capsules of Activate Xtreme last night and another two this morning, as the bottle advises. I had a noticeable increase in libido early on in the day, but this was followed by a long (5-6 hour), less intense migraine. I compared the ingredients in the products but found no similarities. I'm skeptical to try a lower dosage because I don't want the migraines to return. Any suggestions?
