Problem with ordering

It does not have my info even though I just ordered a few weeks ago, I can't seem to be able to sign in. Anybody else have this problem?
 
It should be up already, placed my order yesterday.

At times it does seem a bit glitchy, but other than everything was working when I ordered.
 
i cant get anything to work at NP, it wont let me checkout or use discount codes....im trying to be patient but i neeeeeed some things
