Problem with back pumps!

Hey Guys im brand new to forum's so hopefully this is the right place for this post. But I had to stop my leg day half way through (which pissed me off a lot!) due to insane back pumps. I am eating a banana a day and taking 5-10g of taurine per day. What else can I do to avoid having this happen again??

What are u cycling? Are u drinking enough water? Maybe ur nit getting enough for ur size

You should only need about 2-5g of taurine PWO to handle back pump issues. If that isn't doing it than maybe you need more water or just a gatoride while you workout.

Are you taking and gear (AAS)? Maybe add some potassium vitamins with the banana. I always run potassium and taurine when I run clen and I never get cramps. I also run both when I'm on d-bol and they help with the pumps.
 
This is training related but do you believe you are firing your glutes enough during squatting and deadlifting? You could be quad dominant with tight hip flexors causing you to over compensate with your spinal errectors too much. Just a thought. If so I'd google glute activation exercises and hip flexor stretches and foam roll out everything before and after.
 
Thanks for all the responses guys. I will try drinking more water because I am only getting in a liter or 2 per day. Also I am on a M-sten rx sorry I didn't mention that earlier.
I don't think I have glute issues because my ass has grown a lot of solid muscle in the last few years. Also have never had back issues while squatting until I started taking M-sten rx.
 
Drink 5g of Taurine mixed in a cup of cranberry juice and eat a banana pre workout. Works wonders!!

Also take Tuarine every day, you need to get it in your system and let it do its thing.
