Pro Hormones and running.

Been on my Vitamin X Flex cycle for about a month now. I'm in the infantry so these ****ers love running and I just can't keep up with these back lock ups. Is there any way to get rid of that lower back pain?
Been taking Taurine pills they help a little.
Anything else I can do?

Taurine 5-10g. Potassium(banana or two with taurine before your run). More water. Magnesium supplement.

Using a foam roller beforehand helps a bit too.

You might want to buy bulk Taurine powder.

I'm retired now. Glad I don't have to go on those runs anymore.
 
Hahaha yeah that's exactly what happened today. Pulled the ol run by the COF trick. Killed a lot of hearts
 
Potassium and bulk taurine could aid somewhat.
