pro hormone pct help

so i want to run a cycle with holodrol hd50 prohormone. its my first cycle and i found a bundle kit that comes with pct 350. it is recomended with the cycle. i was just wondering what dosages i should take on the pct. im a noob with the pct so kind of be simple.
 
dosnt sound like youre ready homie. tons of info on this site though, be safe. earlieri saw a video of a guy who did 6 weeks cycle with epi and hdrol, and two months later he did an update and looked like ****. so make sure youre ready
