Pro hormone gyno symptoms

hi,

I did a cycle of Megavol months ago and have been trying all sorts to combat the gyno symptoms. Im currently using Exemestane 25ml ED with Caber. Ive tried Letro, Prami, Arimidex etc. Nolva makes it worse.

I still have puffy nipples, a hard lump in the right one but the puffiness is whats making it look worse. Whats the best thing for puffy nips, as I used a Superdrol clone pro hormone am I right in thinking it progesterone related?

You should get bloodwork done for sure to know what's causing it
