I read about this earlier today. Apparently it's really popular in prison. I got bored at work and tried it out. It's crazy fun and is an intense workout. Here's what you do:


Get a deck of cards. Shuffle them really well and keep the jokers in. Reveal the top card. Do a number of pushups relating to the number on the card. Face cards mean you do 10 pushups. If you draw an ace, you get one minute of rest. If you draw a joker, you have to do 5 burpees. Work your way through the entire deck.


Try this out and let me know if you guys like it too. Makes exercise like a game almost. I love the challenge.
 
A variation very similar is called "deck of cards"

Instead of mainly pushups, you pick 4 different exercises

e.g.
squats
pushups
mountain climbers
burpees

and you just do whatever comes up on the cards. The workout is hectic for sure.
