Prison drug testing

I am in the correctional field. I get drug tested often. I have read great sucess stories on here from you guys and want to take my first superdrol cycle. But I have also read that you can turn out positive on a drug test. I was wondering if there is anything I can take before, during, or after cycle that would help my odds of testing clean.
And how long does superdrol stay in your system after you have done your cycle?

Do you know if they test for gear? Or is it just rec drugs?
