primobolan with propionicum

Hi
I would like to make it like this
1-5 primobolan 300 mg
6-8 primobolan 200 mg
1-8 tes. propionicum 100 mg eod
2-9 nolvadex 10 mg per day
2-9 proviron 20 mg per day

Is this a good for lean mass. I wold like to make only 4-5 kg .

The second thing is my frined told me to take primobolan 300 mg in one singe shot. Whot do you think - should I take primo 300 mg at once or should I take
3 shots per week with 100 mg ??
 
Primo is enanthate, so you could take two shots at 150mg for each shot. You might want to up the primo a bit, it is not a real strong drug.

As a rule of thumb, anything under 500-600mg week of primo is basically worthless. I suggest 200mg eod.

I would not consider this a "rule of thumb". And if you do, you should cut it off.
 
primo takes time to notice results. you don't have to run a huge dose, but at least a moderate one if you won't be stacking.

i haven't used primo but from what i have read i don't think 500-600mg a week is absurd at all i think 200mg eod is just about right
apparently primo even though having an E ester still has a shorter half life than test E so i think eod shots would be better in terms of keeping blood levels consistant
