So we all know about that old tale that one should go low carb to ramp up their insulin sensitivity before starting a cycle.

Now of course it is beneficial to go into the cycle with low bf, sides, estro conversion sake etc

But really i hate keto so much. I cant see myself stripping myself of carbs just to improve my insulin sensitivity which will anyway go to sh1t on cycle as i will use mk677 and maybe even gh.

So what do you think? Broscience or an effective method of improving the outcome of one's cycle?

Alternatively, could one incorporate fast acting insulin after high carb meals if bloodwork shows elevated fasting glucose?

My reasoning is that it should help the body lower amount of circulating sugars.

i am not talking driving ypurself hypoglycemic, but helping your body to keep blood glucose within normal range.

shouldnt be an issues for those on just aas but for those on secretagogues amd/or gh it may be worth considering.

Being constantly thirsty and sh1t after some time on mk677.
