Day 1
Took on capsule immediately following breakfast with my multi vitamin.

Weight
182 (very minimal abs; just the top 1/3 are somewhat visible. But very hard to see.

Strength
3 sets of 5 reps weights

Squats-312 lbs
Flat Bench-187 lbs
Deadlift-312 lbs
Chin ups- 2 sets of 9 1 set of 6
Weighted sit-ups- 25 reps with 45 lbs plate

Diet
3100 calories
214 grams protein
430 grams carbs
73 grams fat

Noted side effects
-a little bit anxious (most likely just in my head) earlier in the day closer to when ingested
-pain in the bone of left forearm; around 2-3 hours after ingested
 
Super LGD is 5mg per capsule. I'm going 5/5/5/5/10/10/10/10.
I'm trying to gain as much as I can... I'm really not restricting myself with food. Loose plan of 3000 cals a day. Protein won't drop below 180 grams.
 
And I'm doing strictly big compound lifts... Following the reg park 3x5 program. Did it last winter natural. I got up to 195 (no definition in abs at all) my lifts were 3x5:
Squat 355 (3 days a week)
Deadlift 365 (3 days a week)
Bench 203 (3 days a week)
The program works! Just beats the crap out of you mentally...

Looking to gain. At 3000 calories I'm at about a 500 cal surplus right now. So not sure about the weight gains... I'll continue to post throughout the cycle, so we can see what happens. Doing german volume training as my training program

Hard to say if they are different. I'm doing a much diff routine. Doing German volume... I'm noticing results tho... Just in the first week.

No homo, but are your nipples sensitive cause I heard some people if they are prone to gyno, it can be aggravated

-noticing recovery seems quicker 48 hours ago I hit chest with 60% of 1rm for 10 sets of 10, feel I could hit it again now.
-noticing a little more tired, could be the changing of clocks tho. Now darkish when I leave work.
 
Great log so far, I am planing to run this with Ghar1ne for a few months starting in December. Hope you get great results my friend.

I am progressing on all movements except for chin ups, recently I fell short of last time.
For week 3 I will be bumping to 2 capsules (10 mg)
 
Clomid and maybe Primeval's super pct. 50/50/25/25 on the clomid...

Their super pct looks so good. May I ask have you seen any significant jumps in squats, deads and bench yet? I use the same program you do and the 5x5 gym app.

I ordered my LGD Friday so I am following and seeing what you are experiencing especially so I can compare brands of LGD.
 
The good life- I went over to German volume training when I started this... But I am progressing in GVT. I've added weight to bench in 10x10 and added weight to squats for 10x10.

I've only done 1 cap a day for 2 weeks. I'm going up to 2 caps starting tomorrow. That will be interesting, to see how that goes.

Interesting, I'll have to look into that for myself.
 
I'll be going back to my 3x5 stuff in a couple weeks, for 3 weeks. Then gonna finish phase two of GVT which is 10x6 with more weight... I enjoy the heavier weight more... But I had to try this after everything I read.
