I'm currently on LGD right now, could stop and start the Trisarm or LGD, prefer the tri sarm, currently running a four day powerlifting split, Monday:heavy bench/ tris, Tuesday: squats, Thursday: deads Friday: speed bench/accessory....25 on July 2nd, sitting about 250, goals are to get as strong as I possible can!

Don't know if you accept Canadian applications, but I've been interested in trying LGD and have no experience with SARMs or AAS/PH. I'd be consistent with logging and am comfortable writing detailed posts.

15mg would be a hefty dose of LGD. I'd personally run it 2 caps per day (10mg).

Awesome. I’d love to do a log! I’ve run a single cycle of ostarine but that’s my entire experience with anabolics. I’ve been lurking for weeks now gathering all the info I could on SARMs and I’ve been itching to try LGD. I just finished a 4 month leangains cut, got pretty shredded, and now I’m a few weeks into a leangains style slow bulk, and I’d love to see how this could help! Count me in!

I know. From the study, 3mg shut the precipitants down. I'm asking if they only want a 30 day log or longer.

Its going to suppress but what I've read about sarms is that they dont "shutdown" your hpta axis making recovery way easier than traditional anabolics, anyone feel free to chime in. Still a pct is recommended im sure something OTC can do the trick

Probably would just run it for 30 days. Typically good length for a log.

That's true.

Study was 3mg for 21 days.

Most that are selling are like this one.
5mg caps 90 per bottle.

Higher dose, more LDG. Wouldn't consider a sarm that looses its selectivity once dosed higher light or neglect a traditional pct.

Yo guys, Im 28, 205 on the scale, still adding some size to aid in sculpting my frame which stands at 15% bodyfat. Looks like a combination that will do just that. I lift 6 days a week - 5 minimum ,and have used a handful of cycles with PCT on hand to log in-field day of.
