Prime with food

I noticed the instructions say to take it with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Is there any benefit to not eating it with food such as better absorption? I don't seem to have any GI issues so far with it that would seem to indicate I should/have to take it with food.

They recommend you take it with food because it increased effects for the beta testers or something like that. So I would stick to using it with food. I always take mine with some natty PB and so far I really like PRIME.

You do not have to take it with food however it is recommended.

PRIME does not have an absorption issue.

i was wondering this as well...i never have GI issues with supps so i was wondering if it would be more beneficial to take it with some fats like lecithin(I read on another thread that you that prime absorbs better with fats...from a usp rep.). I was also wondering if something like bioperine would increase the effects of PRIME..could just be a shot in the dark but worth it to increase the nice effects of this supp that im already feeling in week one.

It was hypothesized in beta testing that PRIME would increase testosterone. The nature of the substance (lipid) would merit supplementing fat a 'good idea'... Lipophilicity.

You could throw a fish oil cap in the mix for assurance as i do on some products. This is pretty common practice, especially with hormonal products. PRIME is, however, non-hormonal.

As i said before, there are no absorption issues with PRIME. BUT we still, 100% suggest dosing PRIME with food, as recommended.

Congratulations on your progress thus far!
